Design structural horizontal and vertical reinforcements for the frames of windows and fixtures in buildings using aesthetically pleasing aluminum castings!

The frames of windows and fixtures in buildings, which structurally support horizontal and vertical reinforcements, are referred to as "post" or "mullion." Windows or walls are divided by horizontal and vertical bars, connecting to the window frame or steel structure. The load-bearing structure creates a sturdy frame. Aluminum cast posts are strong, enhance the aesthetic design, and are used for interior and exterior decoration. With Asuzak's V-process casting, complex pattern shapes, beautiful surfaces, and high rigidity can be achieved, accommodating large dimensions. It can replace conventional aluminum extrusions. Thanks to three-sided casting technology, it is possible to cast products like U-shaped components for attaching glass, significantly reducing weight. This makes them very suitable as posts and mullions, contributing to cost reduction as well. Currently, it is possible to cast sizes with a maximum length of 4,000 mm, a maximum height of 400 mm, and a minimum thickness of 6 mm. Aluminum is durable and can accommodate complex designs through the V-process and reverse engineering, with options for various colors of coating.
